Order Cancellation Policy

• Order cancellations are accepted only before shipment or production begins

• Approved cancellations are subject to:

  • 2%–5% payment transaction fee (charged by payment processor)

  • Up to 25% logistics and handling fee, calculated on the full order value before discounts

• Orders cannot be canceled once shipped

• If a shipped order is recalled or refused, up to 25% of the order value may be deducted

• Returns due to personal reasons (change of mind, ordered by mistake, etc.) require the customer to cover:

• Intentional or severe damage:
