The Leo Pro Home foosball table carries the noticeable passion that you only know from competitions. Based on the official ITSF and DTFB certified tournament and training tables, this table has a very similar feel.

The legs can be removed in a couple simple steps and the foosball table is easily stored in a closet or small room. This is the ideal tournament training table for apartments, cottages, and anywhere space is limited.

This table will be custom built for you based on the features you select. Please note that custom Leonhart foosball tables can take 6-12 weeks to be built and delivered to customers in North America.

Refunds

• Cancelled orders receive a 97% refund of the order total

  • 3% is retained due to non-recoverable transaction processing fees

• If the item was shipped or picked up:

  • A restocking fee may apply

Foosball Tables

• Orders may be cancelled and fully refunded prior to shipping or pickup

• Shipped or picked-up foosball tables:

  • May be returned within 30 days of shipment or pickup

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

  • Returns are subject to a restocking fee

• Returned tables are:

  • Inspected for damage

  • Sold as “Open Box” items

  • Restocking fees reflect:

    • Repair costs

    • Required resale discounts

Restocking Fees

• Foosball tables:

  • $200 restocking fee

  • Plus any additional repair or resale discount costs

• Parts orders:

  • $20 restocking fee

  • Plus any additional repair or resale discount costs

Submitting a Claim

• Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items:

  • Must be submitted within 3 weeks of receipt

• Claims for packages lost in transit:

  • Must be submitted within 2 weeks of the estimated delivery date

• If the issue is determined to be an Original Leonhart USA error:

  • Costs are covered by Original Leonhart

• Issues must be reported immediately by emailing:

  • support@loungeentertainment.com

Wrong Address

• If an insufficient or incorrect address is provided:

  • Shipment will be returned to Original Leonhart

  • Customer is responsible for reshipment costs

  • Updated address confirmation is required before reshipping

Unclaimed Returns

• Customers will receive an email notification when a return is received

• Returned merchandise unclaimed after 4 weeks:

  • Will be donated to charity

• Shipments returned due to non-claim:

  • Customer is responsible for reshipment costs (if applicable)

• If no account or billing method is registered:

  • Returned orders due to wrong address or failure to claim delivery:

    • Will not be reshipped

    • Will be donated to charity at the customer’s cost

    • No refund issued

Restricted Items

• Certain sealed goods (e.g., face masks) cannot be returned

  • Due to health and hygiene reasons

• Returned restricted items:

  • Will not be reshipped

  • Will be disposed of
