1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.

• LTL (freight) items must be returned on the original pallet.

2. Buyer’s Remorse Returns

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all buyer’s remorse returns.

Accepted Shipments:

• Customer must arrange the return shipment.

• Customer must provide a tracking number and carrier information.

• Refund issued minus the 20% restocking fee.

Refused Shipments:

• Blue Wave will pay for the return shipping.

• A 20% restocking fee applies.

• Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.
