Order Cancellation Policy

• Order cancellations are accepted only before shipment or production begins

• Approved cancellations are subject to:

  • 2%–5% payment transaction fee (charged by payment processor)

  • Up to 25% logistics and handling fee, calculated on the full order value before discounts

• Orders cannot be canceled once shipped

• If a shipped order is recalled or refused, up to 25% of the order value may be deducted

Important Shipping & Return Notice

• All product prices already include outbound shipping

• Returns due to personal reasons (change of mind, ordered by mistake, etc.) require the customer to cover:

  • Original shipping cost

  • Return shipping cost

• Used, damaged, or depreciated items may incur additional depreciation fees

• Second-hand screens are not eligible for return unless a verified quality issue is confirmed

Return Eligibility (Screens, Projectors & Electronics)

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

• Items must be:

  • Brand new and unused

  • In original packaging with all accessories

  • Supported by photo or video evidence if requested

• Proof of purchase is required

• Returned items are subject to quality inspection

Return Timeframes & Restocking Fees

• Returned within 7 days after receiving return label:

  • No restocking fee (if item is complete and undamaged)

• Returned between 7–30 days:

  • 25% restocking fee

• Returned after 30 days:

  • 50% restocking fee

• Intentional or severe damage:

  • Restocking fee may increase up to 80%

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges require prior approval

• Items must be unused and in original packaging

• Customer is responsible for all shipping costs

• After inspection:

  • Store credit issued minus original shipping cost (up to 30%)

Address Errors & Delivery Access Issues

• Customer is responsible for return freight if:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address is provided

  • Delivery location is inaccessible (e.g., no elevator for large packages)

• Refunds will deduct:

  • Original shipping cost

  • 25% restocking fee

Product Compatibility Returns

• If a product is incompatible (e.g., projector mismatch) but not defective:

  • Customer pays return shipping

  • Original shipping cost + 25% restocking fee will be deducted

• Item must be unused and in original packaging

Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed 3–5 business days after inspection approval

• Credit card refunds may take an additional 1–3 business days depending on bank

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Proof of refund can be provided upon request

Free Gifts & Promotional Items

• Free items may be:

  • Returned with the order, or

  • Kept (retail value deducted from refund)

Non-Returnable Items

• Laser TV cabinets, furniture, and theater fittings are non-returnable

• Covered under warranty for:

  • Free repair or replacement during warranty period

Warranty Policy

• Products are covered by manufacturer warranty

• Warranty includes:

  • Repair or replacement for verified manufacturing defects

• Warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installation

  • Incompatibility issues

  • Customer-caused damage

Late or Missing Refunds

• If a refund has not appeared:

  • Check your bank or card issuer
