Returns 

All Arteflame products can be returned within 14 days from the purchase date. Just make sure your item is new, unused, unassembled, and still in its original packaging to snag a refund. Arteflame products are excluded from Lounge Entertainment's 30 day return policy

Additionally, Arteflame does not take back anything that's been used. If your return is a bit worn or missing parts, we'll still do our best with a partial refund. Heads up, though – there's a 25% refinishing fee for certain returned items.
